05 Consulting Engagements

Any formal consulting or advisory services provided by Altaz are governed by a separate written engagement agreement or Statement of Work ("SOW") entered into between Altaz and the client. These Terms do not govern the provision of such services.

Submitting a contact form or communicating with Altaz staff does not create a consulting engagement, establish an attorney-client or advisor-client relationship, or obligate Altaz to provide any services.

Altaz reserves the right to decline any engagement at its sole discretion.

06 Confidentiality

Information you share with us through the contact form or in pre-engagement discussions will be treated with discretion. However, such communications are not covered by attorney-client privilege or a formal confidentiality agreement unless a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is in place.

If you wish to share sensitive business information with us, please request an NDA before doing so. We are happy to execute an NDA prior to any detailed discussion of your confidential matters.
